SESSIONS
Through the structure offered by yoga and the language of the body in motion, I offer you guidance and tools to help you bring clarity, integration and balance into your life. I encourage you, through an engaged and interactive style, to inquire into what you know and what more you can discover about yourself and the universe you live in.
I teach yoga sessions that invite you to uncover your native resiliency and inner resources so that you can transcend internal obstacles that might be inhibiting your joy and freedom. Sessions help you to recognize how you can shift self-limiting patterns by learning how to "lean in" and be reflective so you can work with whatever is arising in the moment. In this process you can begin to hear and understand any held thoughts, associations, images, dreams, stories, or memories. The light of awareness is transformative. I teach you how to steady your mind and ground yourself within the substrate systems of your body as a way to find ease and support and to nourish and renew yourself.
SPECIALTIES
I have helped clients with injuries, range of movement limitations, coordination challenges or chronic pain as well as emotional issues such as those who feel anxious, fearful, lost, angry, stuck, numb, inadequate, or hopeless. I specialize in working with any underlying trauma or abuse. I also specialize in working with relationship issues and couples.
