Relationships can deepen when you practice yoga and movement together with your partner. Moving together is a practice that can reveal the dynamics of your relationship patterns quite tangibly and offer a vehicle to help you shift patterns you want to change. Together you can experiment and discover physical pathways that help you understand each other better, relate in new ways and see change clearly. You will support, stretch, strengthen and balance together which encourages the practices of listening, sensing, and paying close attention to each other. Moving together is also an inclusive practice; it highlights giving and receiving, trusting yourself and trusting the other. I will guide you to support and deepen the experience. Discover this innovative way to explore issues arising in your relationship.

~All movements I suggest are to suit your body, using props and creativity to assist you safely and with ease into movements. Clients should be comfortably dressed to be ready to move.
